Meet Kevin Haviv
About
Kevin Haviv is the founder of Haviv Law Group and an experienced family law, criminal defense and civil litigation attorney. His practice areas include divorce, family law, personal injury, DUI and drug defense, and civil litigation. Kevin is experienced in handling complex divorce and child custody issues, breach of contract claims, landlord/tenant disputes, and small business litigation.
Kevin was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Managerial Sciences. After college, Kevin attended the Gemological Institute of America in New York, where he obtained a graduate degree in Gemology. After working for a number of years as the Director of Insurance Replacement for an international diamond wholesale company, Kevin attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Kevin excelled academically and was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Peer Mentoring Program, and the Civil Litigation Society. Additionally, Kevin was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his achievement in the study of Transactional Drafting.
Kevin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals for the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
